As a young country girl, Lee Renata was raised and taught by her parents to work hard, have integrity and give freely to others.Throughout her life, these have been foundational principles that governed Lee towards success.

 

For over twenty years, Lee has lead change and transformation programmes across all types of industries including communication, manufacturing, health and education.

 

Lee is a highly sort after consultant whose finely tuned sense of perception is trusted and relied on by executive teams to navigate their business through change.

Her research from hundreds of deep dive interviews discovered that organisations and individuals commonly fail to achieve their potential because they lack the ability to listen. They also have no way to effectively develop their listening and communication skills.

 

Coupled with her passion and dedication to help people grow, Lee was inspired to develop ‘The Five Levels of Listening' methodology. This listening methodology has been applied in businesses and personal coaching to improve listening and communication across all types of industries and circumstances.
