The most common problem we hear from people is "nobody is listening to me" or "I don't have a voice here". Poor communication leads to counterproductive behaviors, dysfunctional teams, poor operational performance, compromised relationships and overall, a less prosperous business.

At 5L we believe that 'Success Begins with Listening'. Our mission is to reverse these counterproductive behaviours by teaching individuals and businesses on how to effectively listen to each other at the highest levels.

Improve your listening skills significantly in just 6 weeks with 'The Five Levels of Listening' online course.

Throughout the 6 weeks you will learn in depth about The Five Levels of Listening, have the opportunity to reflect on personal listening habits and also learn how to apply new listening techniques in everyday situations. 

At the end of each of the Five (5) Modules, you will submit a copy of your completed assessments to 5L. During the course we will monitor your progress and generate reports that provides a clear summary of your listening progression.
 

Upon successful completion of this course, you will be awarded an official 5L certificate to acknowledge that you have successfully developed your ability to listen and communicate within your personal and professional life.
