For over twenty years, Lee has helped many organisations across all types of industries including communication, manufacturing, health and education to achieve success through positive transformation.
Through her research in hundreds of deep dive interviews, Lee not only discovered that organisations and individuals commonly fail because they lack the ability to listen but they also had no way to effectively develop their listening and communication skills.
Coupled with her passion and dedication to help people grow, Lee was inspired to develop ‘The Five Levels of Listening’ methodology as a way to help businesses and individuals to improve their ability to listen and communicate. The Five Levels of Listening has successfully proven to develop individuals, strengthen teams, sharpen leaders and help organisations to achieve operational success.
